At DINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase; if your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your DINT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
